Act 3 Quest Bug While Livestreaming - Unable to Proceed

Created another hardcore seasonal character & currently stuck while doing Turning The Tide quest in Act 3. While Raising the catapults I completed section 1/3 Then I started section 2/3 (Protect & Serve) and went ahead completed section 3/3, when i turned back around to finish 2/3 no more enemies are spawning. The bar is half way filled & I would like to continue but unable to find a way to get them to spawn in again. Please Help!

I’ve done that quest many times and the key is to go all the way to the end. You blast your way through to the third one where you have to help raise the catapult and don’t go back. I haven’t seen it fail yet. If you bug it out going back then that’s maybe a good reason not to go back!
