I’ve tried every possible solution given by blizzard guide but i still can seen anything related to achievements/seasonal progression on my seasonal char. If anyone have a different solution to fix this bug, please let me know.

There is very little info in your post. What happens when you complete something in the journey?
Shift + J brings up the season journey window.
Or you can click the icon in the upper right.
Or press Y key. That opens your achievement window. Click the season tab.
As Vita says, not much info in your post to go on. so not entirely sure what your ‘bug’ is?
Basically it’s all bugged.
Seasonal tab is just empty while achievements is the same with some placeholder for text that says “This text should be replaced with game data”.
To have a better idea just google “diablo 3 achievements missing” and that’s the problem, tried every possible solution i could find but nothing.
You say you have tried every fix already, so as a last resort, one workaround is to use this site to track your Journey:
https://d3resource.com/journey
The journey should still complete and you should still get your rewards even if you can not use the in-game tracker.
Got an idea from friend and it’s fixed.
basically VPN conflicted with DNS.
