Are you on console ? I tried to view your web profile and you don’t seem to have one.
There are a few reports on those on Console Bug Report…
If you are on a console, you should probably move this topic to the Console Bug Report forum (click the pencil to the right of the title and change the category)… you should probably edit the title also to make it more specific and say what console you’re on.
