I have 2 original copies of Diablo 3 on PC, each with their own license key.
One of them I have claimed, the other one not.
The other copy I want to give away. If I provide you with both serial keys can you then tell me which one is claimed and which one isnt?

Try again… perhaps you’ll get lucky and get a better answer (ie, a human).
As far as I know, there is no way for a player to check whether a CD key has already been claimed or not. If this is for someone that lives nearby… or family… or that type of special “friend”, you could go to their place and have them try one and see if it works… if not (you get an error message that the key has already been redeemed), try the other one.
(I don’t know whether that’s allowed under the EULA)
This shows how bad the support is today. About 5 yrs ago I bought two StarCraft limited edition. They were used and I knew the keys were used. But for the hell of it. I started a ticket and they reply back that yes they were already claim.
Just like the other day we had a topic. That was on the Wings you get with the Limited Edition Base game. They were not in the game any more. Support reply back and told the person to go to the Forums for the answer.
It is very very sad that support would tell somebody go to the forums. To ask how to get my wings back in the game WOW!!!
