A simple fix to trag'oul (without buffing bloodlancer)

4 piece bonus now also boosts healing from skills (moved from 6 piece)
6 piece bonus now also grants permanent Simulacrums of Blood and Bone.

If Simulacrum is activated manually, your Simulacrums gain the effect of the chosen rune for the 15 second duration.

Numbers may need adjustment, but I really like this idea. Thoughts?

Not a fan of your idea. It forces you into ONLY using Blood Nova, Life Support or Blood Spear since the only advantage of permanent Simulacrum would be the multiple casts of a secondary skill, and those 3 are the only ones that get buffed by Trag Oul 6 piece.
