When I wear the new Barber and Gazing Demise, use the Spirit Barrage to attack a single enemy three times, then wait a minute.
Manitou Rune:

When the SB of Manitou don’t attact that enemy
After 10s, The damage from Phantasms will explode three times in a row.
After 20s, the damage from SB of Manitou will come out. -
When the SB of Manitou attact that enemy
After 10s, The damage from Phantasms will explode only twice in a row.
After 20s, the damage from SB of Manitou will come out. (Damage value is the same as before)
Other Rune:
No matter whether the Spirit Barrage attact that enemy, after 10s, the damage from Phantasms will explode three times in a row.
OR
If I use the Spirit Barrage to attack the enemy or the space another three times, no matter whether Runes, the damage from Phantasms will explode three times in a row.
Which means one of the damage of Phantasms has been offset by the attack of Manitou in the above situation.
