300 kill streak hits FF

So when i was running duo the only time my cheat death would proc is when the 300 Kills: A ring of fire engulfs everything would go off. A few times i seen it go off and actually hit me and just kill me when i wasnt running cheat death with billions of toughness in a normal rift with goldwrap.
