3 legendary gems lvl35 journey's achievement not working

Hi, my “3 legendary gems lvl35” achievement required to fullfil the Champion journey stage is not taken into account.
Therefore I can not continue to progress into the journeys anymore, please help :’(

Edit; After double checking, even the previous achievement stage (3 lvl 30 legendary gems) did not unlock when it was supposed to.

Re edit; Don’t know if staff have done anything to solve my issue but it seems like everything went back to normal after a little while playing. All bugged achievements unlocked properly.

Urshi is the judge of this achievement. If she doesn’t see all three gems on the hero, follower, inventory or stash, she won’t grant you credit.
If you give a gem to other hero, Urshi won’t see it and that gem won’t be counted.
If you used the gem for augmentation, sorry, that won’t count too.
So, you know what to do now.

1. Gem Level Requirements for Season Journey:
   Urshi has to see 3 gems above the required level at the same time. If you used one as an augment or transferred to another character, it no longer counts. Once the 3rd gem reaches the requirement, it will complete but all must be available either equipped/inv/stash at the same time.
