Any update on the portrait issue? Im running around the sanctuary with sick transmog, pet, wings BUT NO PORTRAIT 
after 5 days no fix with this ? ty so much!!!
Transmogs not appearing, yet.
So, 6 days and no updates about this ? Bought the biggest pack, transmog, pet and wings are online but My account is missing portrait of Dark Wanderer ! I accept the Lilith Wings from 2019 Blizzcon as a apologize of this bug.

We have identified the issue regarding certain players unable to equip the celebration collection portrait. As a follow-up, we are looking address this with a fix scheduled for the week of 3/1. Once this has been applied, we will update the thread here. We thank you all so much for your patience and contributions on the matter.

thank god, this is clearly the most important bug in the whole PTR
Yeah, except this is on live and has nothing what-so-ever to do with the PTR.

Zorry - when I see a bug, my mind immediately goes to PTR.
Oh wait, this is D3. Bugs are everywhere. My bad.
3/1 Update: The hotfix has been applied to ensure that players with the Celebration Collection will now have the portrait. For those still on the server during the update, you will may need to restart the game in order to collect.
We will continue to monitor this thread to make sure that the issue is addressed across the board. Thanks for all your support

the update worked. Got my portrait right after the update! thx blizzard for fixing the issue
Logged in and still no portrait. Same for several of my friends as well.
I wanted to check up to make sure you restarted and gave it a few minutes. Ill check-in with you shortly!

I’ve done several game restarts, a PC restart that was a massive windows update. Still no portrait.
Still no portrait for me, done several restart to game and battle net as well.
Edit: It took some hours, but finally dropped, got the portrait finally

edit: 03/03 - Finally got the portrait frame.
Still no portrait frame in my collection tab, done all the restarts and made sure my game was updated. And still nothing.
I’m on Xbox and got it about a week ago. I don’t have anything. No wings no pet no frame. Why haven’t I gotten anything? I received the stuff for overwatch.
