If you have nothing else, it won’t be bad. It’s a solid build for HC and is Hgift. I watched the vid and Raxx’s as well take on the new season as it stands unless things change. 
I watch Rob’s stream when they were running Bonespear + triple support and they were clearing 120’s in 3 mins at 10k main stat. Of course, we are not going to duplicate it entirely as lag, density issues for console. Rats doesn’t really suffer from it though and why I like it since we will be running 114-119’s at 1k paragon in 2 mins or under. This current season my group was running 109’s in 1:30-2 mins at 1k paragon and with Trag’s, it’s another 200% dmg boost.
For hardcore rats, Stone gauntlets or St. Archew and armor gems in chest and pants. You can also take Eso over Trapped/Zei’s. Wear or cube taskers.
