When using the boon of the horder in combination with the goldwrap once you go above 1 trillion toughness your toughness and recovery goes to 0.
Unsure what happens when your shield is lowered if you will instantly die from any tiny hit. Unless you have unstable anomaly or similar. I was running a level 15 rift and my unstable anomaly was activated after a critical hit probably caused by the 0 toughness and 0 recovery stats.
