  4. The reason for the error message is that the PTR server isn’t currently available. It’ll go live today, but usually in the afternoon to early evening in the Pacific time zone, where’s it’s currently around a quarter to three in the morning, so it’s likely to be at least another 8-12 hours until it’s available to players.
