The best way I can describe this, is when you’re doing a round of bounties, 1 or more bounties do not “count”. You’ll complete the objective, sometimes its kill a boss, or in my case “Jar of Souls” and when you’ve completed it, the game still says it needs to be done. I’ve had this happen several times over the last week, rendering one whole act wasted.
It isn’t just ONE bounty broken, but multiple. I’ve had it happen in all acts, in private and in public parties.
