Yeah this a facetious attempt to summarize most of the arguments against this game as it is by a few posters here. Pretty easy to see unless these changes mean something to you. If you like the game as it is, you could see this coming a mile away. Nope, its one of the ways to play this game. The second you put forced in your title, just screams Im a troll who wants everyone to play a game they love, how I like to play it.
Yep, flawed system, they kept it simple and never imagined trading would blow up as much as it did, just like they never imagined MF Farmers would farm pindle over and over and crash their servers… Their lack of dynamic scaling with the player base has been their biggest downfall over the 20 years.

No, people shouldn’t be forced to play SSF.
If people want to play SSF, they can. If people want to play with trades, they can. If people want to play local single player, they can. If people want to play hardcore, they can.
Having a choice is a good thing.
Additionally, I think it’d be great if there was a character flag that remains true until you acquire an item that was either dropped by someone elses killing blow or previously picked up by someone else, thus allowing the ability to see where SSF players rank amongst that group.

Very true, however other ways are fun to, I usually start my first character SSF and will only mule away from that character for use with other (later) characters.
Then when I feel finished the game on Hell and having done my share of level/item grinding I enter trading/multiplayer/new character and sharing stuff.
Being forced to play SSF is nonsense.

I am playing SSF in D2LoD and I am having lot of fun. I know other also like to play together, so why not. It is their way to have fun, who can tell, they may not.
