Yes those are the pre patch highlights and they specifically say there will be new ladder only runewords. The 2.4 balance ptr patch notes specifically mention nothing about ladder only. We are going in circles lol.

they are the pre 2.4 patch highlights thankfully for us they made it so anyone with a 1st or 2nd grade reading level can see that 2.4 will be the patch for ladder and have ladder only runewords then they announced the 2.4 runewords.

It’s more like he knows he cannot win an arguement, so just going into a non-stop denial circle that repeat the same question over and over until people are tired of him which make him looks like he has won the arguement as the last person to respond the post.
i like to give people the benefit of the doubt, i just assume he has had poor instruction from parents and teachers or the more likely parents who are his teachers.

What we dont really know is. Will these RW unlock for offline and non ladder. Right at the end of ladder or it the start of new ladder. Either way they will come to Nail and offline
I’m not trying to win any argument. I’m trying to find an answer to OP’s question. There’s no proof that the 7 new runewords that were released are ladder only. There is nowhere that says they are. You can keep posting that video all you want it never once says anything about the 7 new runewords being ladder only. The new patch notes say absolutely nothing about ladder only anything.
You can keep posting that they are ladder only all you want but unless you back it up with some sort of facts it means nothing. I just want to know for sure if they are or not.

You’re playing a Stanner-level game with words here.
In the 2.4 Highlights blog post (the one you continue to dismiss as though meaningless, when it is anything but), they mention that there will be new runewords for the upcoming ladder season. Then they showcased several new runewords.
And those runewords are currently on the PTR.
The only runeword mention that they have made pertains to those being released for the upcoming ladder season, and those will be released to the full game when the ladder ends.
It should be very easy to deduce from the words with which they have communicated to us that the runewords that are currently on PTR are those ladder-only runewords, since no other mention of runewords has been made; the ladder-only runewords are the only new runewords they have mentioned.
If they were making new non-ladder runewords in addition to the ladder-only runewords they would have said so.
They have not said so. Ergo, the runewords on the PTR at this time are the ladder-only runewords they HAVE mentioned.
