When the inventory is open, items picked up from the ground play the pickup sound twice

When you have the inventory open and click and pickup an item from the ground, the pickup sound will play twice occasionally.

Also happens when picking stuff up off your character’s inventory slots (plays the drop noise while picking up)

Yep, I made a separate post for that one the other day.

This is still an issue nearly 6 months later in the 2.5 PTR, it’s a small annoyance but it’s likely an easy fix.
