Keep it mind that if you issue any chargeback via your bank /not directly via sony customer support/ then your psn account will be banned immediately.
Chargebacks were never meant to be used like this /even tho i agree that this game is a mess and a blatant cashgrab and deserves zero support in its current form/.
As long as sony does not take it off from the store /like they did with Cyberpunk/ it will not go thru the customer support evaluation for refunds.
But a chargeback would block your account for sure

Its not hard to copy/paste the sticky of the thing that the patch is talking about to the places affected by it. It just shows that none of the above care, and this is just another spit in the face of console players. Show respect, get respect.

I get it you are too lazy to move a mouse and click a couple of times to find out what is going on. Oh no I forgot that you want everything to be catered to you.

It is the same 2-3 clicks for the CM to post things to the console forums. The difference is that they are getting paid for their time and I am not. I used to be a forum moderator. Itās this easy:
- control+A to select the entire post. Literally just 1 second.
- control+C to copy the entire post. Also literally just 1 second.
3)click on over to the console forums. This one is the hard part, it might take upwards of 45 seconds depending upon internet speed. - click ānew topicā and type the topic name. 10 seconds.
- control+v to paste the post contents. Literally just 1 second.
6)make sure the box to sticky the topic is selected. Once again, just 1 second. - click on āpost new topicā confirmation button. Once again, just 1 second.
And there you have it, a step by step guide on how blizzard didnāt bother to take literally 75 seconds to do their job the right way. And those 75 seconds would have prevented this whole thing. Two things I was told 25 years ago when I first got a job:
āBe prepared, have a plan, do it once, do it right.ā
āIf you think that doing it right takes a lot of time, just think about how much time it will take you to do it over again.ā

I get your point, I really do. The only thing I can say is they felt the need to only do one post about multiple problems across multiple platforms. Here is my point, especially with you saying doing things once and right, they spent a lot more time then needed to explain what is going on and how they are fixing it. That being said they did write the post once and included everyone including the console issue and the fix, which to me is more than enough.
Remember that they have a policy against making multiple posts about the same issue. It is not just for the public to follow that rule, they follow that rule as well. If you cannot grasp that concept I do not know what to say.
I pay for my own stuff bud, itās funny how low you got to go to try make someone feel less then you. The only loser here are you and people who threaten blizzard and try to bring them down due to a coding error or server error.

Do you guys realize you added a que to a console game thatās a remaster of a 20 year old video game? Shall we take a tally in 2021 of how many developers have queues for their console titles?
You do realize that a majority of gamers on consoles arenāt going to sit and wait for a que to pop theyre just going to switch to a different gameā¦ Like my Nintendo switch doesnāt have infinite battery life folks. You canāt wave a one size fits all brush over this.
This requires an overhaul of your servers, but you guys couldnāt even manage to create a proper working chat system for the pc or console base so I guess Iām not surprised that youāre having these issues. Iām going back to playing d2 classic. You knowā¦ the one where you just frequently run into rubberbanding an disconnects but I still have tcp/ip config I can play over the internet with friends on if I so choose. The only positive about D2R are the visualsā¦ it was a step forward from warcraft 3reforgedā¦ but alas your teams just donāt get it.

Perhaps they are poor and need more $$$ for larger servers. They should start a gofundme with the cutest employee they have as the spokesperson!
And how is that a problem for blizzard? This game is not subscription based.
Tell me when Lobbys chat and mouse/keyboard are available ā¦ so I can finally buy itā¦

There is a lot of potential here that is being squandered. This once great title will soon die off for good if chat and lobbyās arenāt implemented immediately. This frankensteined resurrection is not going to lastā¦ weāll bailā¦
