I have 2 points in warmth which grants 42% mana regeneration, I also have 4 points in + to all skills which means I have a total of 6 points in warmth which should grant 78% mana regeneration. In my character screen the advanced stats says I only have the base 42% mana regeneration.

I have the same problem.
I have the same problem… I was wondering why I have no mana even with +9 to all skills.
This is definitely an issue. However, somehow, it eventually fixes itself. I’m not sure how it happens, but something happens and then it displays properly and regenerates mana accordingly.
However, the fact that it’s happening at all is a problem, and it does happen.
I’m still getting the bug. bump. Very annoying for an energy shield build as I have no idea if I’m wasting points

It is working, ignore it.
Warmth only shows 30% from the first lvl. and regen from items. Additional lvls in warmth is not showing, but i do get the regen from + to skills.
The advance stat screen is only showing it as a display issue. Its been tested and the actual Mana Regen is working correctly. Only the stats display is off but you ARE getting full benefit.
