I get essences from all the bosses at a rate of about 1/6 kills, seems good to me? This is on players/1 online.

in Additional Command line Arguments under Game Settings in the launcher before starting the game, then press ALT and click on any of the attribute buttons and you get infinite respecs. It’s a game changer.

well, yes, it seems good FOR YOU, but bad for offline players like me.
My theory seems to hold: When it comes to Essences, something is screwed with SP’s droprates.

oh yeah idk anything about single player, sorry. Not sure why it would be screwed with SP droprates, though? Can’t you just infinite respec your character anyway due to being single player?

I think the overall chance is 0.233% - it is very small.

I have a another sort of problem, all others dropping essences now and then but diablo dropped 0 in single player. all essences i got are from 8players or so, game. There’s something wrong with the code. If my essence drops from diablo would be turned into a another format, i would have won jackpot in a lottery many times a row. not possible.

I run diablo often and they drop just fine, sometimes i got even two at once.

If you really struggle, just copy them or use hero editor fo old d2 and tranfer save file with them.

I have actually done 100 baal, meph and diablo runs…

Essence drop rate was not touched nor is it super high.

Also… its SP… just go modify the MPQ…
