thats not true ur GPU is ok, but CPU do not have AVX instructions,there are thousands like u with the same issue atm 
u checked RX 570X wich is a notebook GPU and he got RX 570 its more powerfull and for sure meets the mininum req.
Oh, good spot. Sorry about that—there is no entry for it on passmark compare tool. I guess the primary issue is the CPU not handling AVX. They are evaluating a patch to fix that, but there’s nothing certain yet. It wasn’t in the requirements, so they are checking workarounds.
Here is an update on the AVX issue:
