Unable to connect to b.net on PC

I can play on my PS5 but not on my PC. When I try to connect from my PC it says “You have not been online in the last 30 days. Please start the game while online to check any login agreements.”

I am online. Bnet is connected. Email verified. No agreements popping up anywhere, still cannot login. Any suggestions?

For clarification, I can connect to the battle net app just fine, but cannot login to Diablo 2 Resurrected.

I’ve also tried a couple tricks I found on the web but they did not work:

  • Switch to a different realm, login, then switch back
  • Change clock date on PC before logging in
  • Check for D2R updates
  • Scan and repair D2R

Have you bought d2r for pc? Or only for console?

He wouldn’t have it installed on his PC to give him that error if he hadn’t purchased it. The only method available to him is to launch D2R from the Battle.net app.

I am having the same issue.

I can play on my PS4, but not my PC.
The problem seemed to start after installing and playing on my PS4 for the first time recently.
Before I had only played on PC with no issues.

Did you ever find a fix?
