Zoomed/stretched 16:9 on even a 21:9 monitor would look ridiculous for an ARPG, let alone 32:9…
- The engine natively supports UW format (as does almost every modern AAA release the past couple of years)
- There are methods Blizzard could use to avoid significant advantages (many alternative suggestions have been made)
- Steam hardware survey is only indicative and not wholly representative of ultrawide users
Also, you gotta love the contradicting arguments here. “21:9 and 32:9 are too game breaking!” and “Only <2% users even use ultrawide!”. Very amusing.
