Leave it as is but make the -100% requirements include hero level.

Slap that baby in at level 1 and it will be worth something

Sacred Armor
Defense: 1322-1502
Required Level: 84
Required Strength: None
+120-150% Enhanced Defense
+50-100% Damage To Demons
+20% Faster Run/Walk
+20-30 To Strength
All Resistances +20-30
Cannot Be Frozen
Requirements -100%
Slain Monsters Rest in Peace
Indestructible

  • Proposed Buffs:
    • Add +3 To All Skills
    • Add Level 6-9 Salvation Aura When Equipped

I would love to see a fun OP item with a crazy debuff.
Proposed:
+5 to all skills
5% chance to cast the “Mark of Cain” on self for 5 seconds (-80 Resist all, 50% slower FCR)

Exactly, this has nothing to do with that because Enigma already made teleport a skill for everyone. This is simply to make Tyrael’s might something other than a trophy find.

It’s ridiculous that the most rarest items in the game aren’t the most sought after. That was a result of the game being patched by 1 person while the rest of the team went on to board a sinking ship.

That’s why MFing 20 years ago was A LOT more fun and rewarding, because you never knew what you were going to find.

For a game that’s essentially a loot slot machine, it’s absurd that there exists rare items that aren’t actually worth anything.

Mb tyreal can get a couple level 1 auras
Randomly rolled which ones

That’s a good idea. It’s boring when items have set stats.

It’s always hype when someone is about to ID or roll an item with random stats.

Tyrael’s Might is actually a lot better than people give it credit for. It’s incredibly niche to use it to its highest potential, but its there. Not the armor’s fault most people have no imagination.

I’m not against buffing Tyrael’s. I’m just saying, most people don’t give it the credit it deserves. It has so many great modifiers on it, most of them not really found anywhere else in such a way or in such a capacity. I think the most sensible buff for it would be to have it roll 3 sockets (or something along those lines). Which is really just +2 sockets to how it is currently anyways. That’s what I’d do.

Sanctuary aura level 20 - thats all it needs. Could argue it could roll 2 sockets also - but sanctuary is enough.

I use it on my merc it’s great

Nothing can be as Op as Coh, enigma, Fort

But with such buff it doesn’t matter, because it’s a change based on mechanic and build enabling rather than Value power

People would be interested in such item because it allows them to play unique builds

Got a throw barb? You can get a Jav skill Tyrael and use it

Got an enchant sorc? You can get a multi shot Tyrael

Got fireclaw Druid? You can get a conviction Tyrael

Got a vengeance Paladin? You can get a Lower resist Tyrael

Got a Fire trap assassin? You can get a Fire mastery Tyrael

Got a Spearzon? You can. Get a burst of speed Tyrael

Etc

But all this balanced by the fact you lose on the sweet enigma teleport
