Tesla Advice on when to respec

Posted in General…but probably should have done it here instead…

Ok…so im running a lvl 87 Tesla. No Dream yet, so skill specced for HS and Zeal.

Decent(ish) gear…Grief on my main hand.

My question is this:

Clearly I want both Dream items slotted and a respec to Conviction at some point…but…would it be viable to do that respec after I get one piece of Dream? Or would it be better to hold off on the respec till I can equip 2?

Any help crunching those numbers appreciated - I get a skill specced lvl 20 HS is better than a single Dream equipped lvl 15…but…would a lvl 15 HS from Dream PLUS the lvl 20 Conviction be better, than my current setup (obviously need Jah’s first…but planning ahead).

Also bearing in mind the respec would also allow me to max Zeal…its a hard one to weigh up lol

It will show you estimated damage numbers with different gear/skills.

Against normal monsters with no lightning resist, it probably wouldn’t make a noticeable difference (+10-15%). Against bosses and units with any sort of lightning resist, it will probably be a significant upgrade to respec.

That said, I read there are some issues with item-equipped auras right now, so you may want to look into that.
