Based on Zax’s initial discovery, with further testing and demonstration, it would seem with a high degree of certainty, that Hell Terrorized Mephisto is back. Worked to put a timeline together regarding the order of events that helps to showcase Zax’s and Pavke’s work. Cheers Sanctuary.

People are saying the andariel quest bug was fixed last patch, is this accurate? Just randoms on youtube, I don’t know if its trust-worthy information

Yes it was indeed fixed. Mephisto is still broken… again…

This is probably last update unless blizzard change more stuff in terror zones in future. Nothing was really changed recently but i didnt update this topic for a long time and there were some fixes and small changes in zones in one of the last patches we had.
So this is list of final changes i made in this guide:
- Andariel and Mephisto dont have any bugs in regard to terror zones anymore so i made changes to text to recflect that
- Great Marsh zone was added
- Sewers in ACT III was removed
- Underground passage added to Dark Wood
- Added info about Driften Cavern being part of terror zone
- Added info about Pit of Acheron being part of terror zone
- Bloody Foothills and Frigid highland put together instead of being separated.
