teleport isn’t particularly useful until around level 45-50. sure they can skip a few gaps but the mana requirements are still pretty high for low-mid gear. if you want to punish teleport for sorceress, the easy answer is to just increase its mana requirements instead of removing the skill altogether. that can be made up in late game where mana is hardly a problem for them.
