So I had a glitch recently that made it look like I lost all my characters.
If you are on switch and connected to battle net do not go into sleep mode.
If you do you will lose connection to battle net and it will look as though you have lost all your characters.
This can be fixed by shutting the game down that opening it back up. But don’t freak out if it looks like you lost all progress.
The are doing maintenance on the servers right now.
