I gained a Superior Scimitar (2 socketed). After applying a Tir and El rune in the stash, it turned into an ordinary Scimitar with Steel runeword, losing its extra attributes for being superior.
Afterwards, when attempting to Repair or Repair all Equipment at Charsi, I recieve a red “I cannot complete that request.” error.
After the game was exited and rejoined, I was able to repair the item. However it is still now an ordinary scimitar.
