Lmao, now that’s a change of pace!
I would also add Lack of Comprehension and The Philosopher to the mix. Recode by Fear Factory. Anything by Fear Factory. Make Total Destroy by Periphery. This Day We Fight by Megadeth.
Why does every being I encounter out of town wants to be… my enemy-y-y-y?
Death is definitely one of my go-to bands.
Lamb of God is another good one. Check out Ruin. Pantera is another good choice. Mouth for War for example.
there´s been alot of Heilung for me lately. they seem to often resonate with metalheads in general, and if you´re also into Diablo…
that one might be a good starter for people.
Behemoth - conquer all
one of my favourites
Symphony X - Set the World on Fire
Darude Sandstorm, and of course Rick Asthly Never gonna give you up. Eddie Murphy party all the time and the classic I love you, you love me by Barney the Dinosaur.
Captain planet, hes our hero!
You"ll pay for this Captain Planet!
Doja Cat for good measure, metal AF!
If we’re gonna go there, let’s do Lionel Ritchie - All Night Long, because that’s what you do when you’re grinding for gear
Shout out to Randy Watson, he good. Real good!
I just listen to Holy Wars by Megadeth on repeat.
Then Polaris.
I was never a fan of death metal. I can’t stand the singing(screaming?) it sounds like Cookie Monster is on vocals for literally every song. lol
I prefer Silence
/char
Yeah anything that entirely lacks clean vocals, or has fricking pig squeals in it… and I’m just immediately out. Bare minimum I need to understand 50-75% of the lyrics without looking it up.
I mean I get that there is a skill to it, really doesn’t make it sound any better to my ears. I mean professional hotdog eating is a skill too, but if you gave me the choise of watching a bunch of dudes shoving hotdogs into their mouths, or women’s beach volleyball… I can tell you right now… I dunno about yall, but I’m going to the beach.
I like older Megadeth but some of the newer stuff hits so much harder. This Day We Fight, The Threat is Real, etc. On Rust in Peace, I’d also add Hangar 18 and Tornado of Souls. Plus, if you’re going to listen to stuff from that era, can’t go wrong with Metallica songs like Damage Inc. or Battery.
