The XP penalty above 70 is stupid. Would rather see XP scale uniformly through to 99 just like it does from 1 to 69.
The “grind” to 99 is just that, a meaningless grind. You literally only receive XP from 3 bosses at level 98…
I do agree that the 70-99 XP penalty is harsh… I think it should be at least reduced if not removed completely.
The item grind is what keeps me playing, not getting to 99.
I suppose if they actually fixed leveling, you wouldn’t have that quarterly rat race they call ladder… 
The leveling penalty needs to be removed at least to whatever level the developers base character changes around…
Oh it’d still be here, it’d just take a week or less instead of two to come in first.
