Slow Framerate/Mouse Movement while holding item

Has anybody else noticed, while moving items your mouse rate slows down and it seems like you lose frame-rate. Then the center point on my mouse-pad changes and I must lift my mouse to recenter. Kind of annoying and I hope its a known issue. Haven’t seen anything on it

do you use vsync by chance? because i noticed this when i ran gsync and vsync together without using ultra latency in nvidia… i think it happens to me when i olny have vsync on sometimes

The cursor speed is tied to the screen refresh rate, that is, it always moves at the fastest possible speed, as soon as you start moving an element, your cursor turns into that element, the elements are part of the whole image, so the speed of movement drops to your fps level, it seems to me logical.
If you enable Gsync, the screen refresh rate starts to sync with the FPS, if the FPS is not very high, the cursor slows down even without interacting with items.
I think this is seen only by the owners of high-frequency monitors paired with a relatively weak video card, for example, like mine, 165Hz and gtx1060.
In order for the cursor to move always the same, I need to either lower the refresh rate to 60-80Hz, this will slow down the cursor, or buy a more powerful gpu that can draw at least 140fps, this will speed up the movement of items.

I’ll tweak some settings then test again.y laptop is a ryzen 5400u woth Vega 8 and it’s choppy already. My desktop though is a fx 5450 16gb ram and a evga 1550ti. The performance is lacking a bit
