Hello Blizzard Team,
Due to an accidental character deletion in Diablo II: Resurrected, I lost a huge amount of progress — specifically 91 Jah runes that I had saved through months of trading and farming.
I understand that restoring characters may not be possible, but I kindly ask if there is any way the team could return the lost runes instead. This would greatly help recover from the loss and keep me motivated to continue playing.
These runes represent many effort, and losing them all in one mistake is extremely painful. I hope the game team might consider this as an exceptional case, or at least discuss possible solutions for players who face similar situations. I can provide the source of these runes and willing to sign any legal documents to declare.
