In Ladder Lo has been trading near equivalent value to Sur at least from what I’ve seen. Reasonable ask for ladder imo - however I’d probably recommend adding an ist or 2 on top of the Lo to get a deal done more quickly. Also not sure how much value has fluctuated for Lo in the past 2 weeks.
