He tried the same trick to ask me ctrl right click on the item to show in chat.
I knew it was fishy so i ran to different act and of course he followed me everywhere hoping i would drop my item.
Then propose to trade me a 15/40 but ended up switching the jewel.
Be aware of this scumbag.
