Those Wraith (Ghost) have a little better rune drop rate compare to others. If any one is doing rune run, kill any Ghost on your way.
I’m playing phys bowzons, the ghosts are all phys immune 
I can kill them with magic arrow’s 1% magic damage and elemental damage from harmony bow but it takes so long I don’t normally bother.
Not bad recommendation though.
