This is why we can’t have nice things. If an item is sub-par, not BiS it’s garbage. If it has many useful mods on it, it’s TOO OP and bad game design. People are NEVER happy just playing the darn game and enjoying it for what it is, warts and all.
If you don’t like something, don’t use it. If the game is broken, unbalanced in your opinion because of said item(s), then don’t play it. You’ll save yourself a ton of grief and gnashing of the teeth that could be better spent on more real-world problems, like global warming
