Damn…I thought they stacked. Anyways I think we need to give the devs time. Their approach is to implement balance changes slowly which I agree with.
But I also agree that the new rabies does not look impressive after watching youtube videos from popular Diablo 2 content creators.
Still we need to be patient I think.

melee hits work very weird on druid for whatever reason, at least on my side.

They can stack.
Rabies poison damage is different from regular poison damage. It’s a different state entirely.
Poison damage from charms won’t increase your rabies skill damage for this reason.
