If I have Exile on my shield and that has chance to life tap. I have dracs gloves with 7% life leech and I just dropped soul drainer with 7% life leech and 6% mana leech, plus it has a chance to weaken. This character is primarily for uber runs… should I stay with dracs or use soul drainers?
Life leech is useless for smiter. If you have other source of life tap i would probably suggest lying of hands gloves or crafted gloves with crushing blow and +ias,

Keep draca for life tap, Life leech doesnt work on undead but life tap does.

Why? He has exile, its pointless to use dracs and life leech doesnt work on anyone with smite skill. Only life tap works with it.
life steal doesnt work on smite … exile draculs and last wish are only sources od life tap (+ wand with charges)
but the more chances to life tap - the better
Bring a wand with Life Tap or Marrowalks, Lvl 12 tap on marrows just cast then throw on G Toe or Gores
marrowwalks for lifetap then dracs to keep it going is how I do it. I prefer the 4os 45res pally shield with 4 pdiamonds vs exile.
Does weaken work on the soul drainer gloves though for ubers? If I have life tap on several pieces would it be wise to add weaken?
no the weaken will override the lifetap and you will die

Drac’s suck if you’re using Exile.
Get some nice, crafted gloves with Crushing Blow and resists. Potentially even IAS if you need it for your next breakpoint.

Extra damage to demons and undead won’t work with smite. However, off weapon enhanced damage does work, so Fortitude is a better choice.
A nice budget option is Guardian Angel or Duress.
Be sure to prebuff with Treachery, which I’d imagine you’re doing.

Is CoH bad? I dont follow. Im not on the game right now so I Cannot remember every piece that character is wearing.

Having more is waste, even life tap from charge wand is enough honestly. Its much better to have more ias for breakpoints or crushing blow.

This is bad because the lifesteal doesn’t do anything, even though the DR is substantial, you don’t need it to run ubers. And for PVP, double ber’ed CoA is prefered for DR. For ubers or d clone, definitely run an um’ed G-face.
This is great if you’re getting your IAS for your max breakpoint from it.

Bad if you’re using exile. All you’re using it for is the +str, when you could have that and resists, crushing blow, IAS, dex, etc, from crafted blood gloves.
Definitely the best belt you can use.
You need RF, but your other ring is basically up to you. I like a crafted or rare ring with resists, str, dex, and possibly even cast rate (even though cr isn’t required, it’s just convenient). Since you don’t need lifesteal or manasteal, you can get really nice rings for super cheap.

These are great, but you can also use goblin toe to add a bit of CB and decrease the clear speed on Ubers. DS doesn’t work on smite and Open Wounds doesn’t need to proc all that often, you basically get what you need from G-face. It’s only there to keep monsters from healing.

CoH is absolutely fine. People are just strange when you talk about HRs in this forum.
Just craft some cb gloves and replace your dracs. I mean it’s no problem to keep using them, but you don’t need the lifetap anymore as Exile has you covered and cb is worth more vs ubers.
just drop the carrion for some res/stat ring.
Ubers are pretty easy and if you get your hands on an extra enigma, you might wanna think about it, so you can tp to minibosses.
