Every time I transmute my cube rolling with pgems, my screen briefly flashes to my character standing in front of my stash, and back to my cube. Absolutely awful on my eyes.

Same bug for me on PS5 Pro. It flashes not only when you transmute, but also when you identify items, press “Save and exit” in Menu and other actions as well.
Very irritating. How could the patch be released without even a brief manual testing on the latest PS model?

This was already occurring on initial RotW launch day, just without the UI glitching. The stutter and skipping/hitching was already an issue for many PS players when IDing, Xmuting, and even during heavy gameplay.
This is what happens when they fully ignore a real bug and posts about it get pushed down by ppl complaining the loot filter is not stopping unfiltered loot from being picked up.
