I had a pure 34% enhanced damage jewel in my shako and removed it in the cube to add a 38% Protectors stone and lost 2k in damage. I then traded a ZOD, SUR, and CHAM for a Protectors stone with 48% enhance damage. I removed the socketed stone from my shako in the cube. Put the 48% in my socketed Meph book and a pure 35% enhanced damage jewel in my shako. The dmg from the protectors stone in the Meph book does not apply at all and I ended up losing more damage!!!
I couldn’t figure out how adding so much enhanced damage put me in the hole further so I checked online and after reading forums Blizzard has let this bug go on for 20 years…… 20 years………………. How many people have lost time and items to this bug that has been ignored by the company for TWO DECADES?
Im technically out 2 protectors stones 1 enhanced dmg jewel as well as a ZOD, CHAM, and SUR runes!!
The Protectors Stone is supposed to be a huge part of the new Warlock class release and it does not work. Especially with most Warlock classes doing the echoing strike build relying on physical damage.
BLIZZARD PLEASE PUT THIS BUG AT THE TOP OF THE LIST AND FINALLY FIX IT FOR THE COMMUNITY
