Hi everyone, I see lots of people are reporting this same bug so I’d like to join the crowd. The % enhanced damage on the protector’s stone jewel does not work when you insert the jewel into any item that is not a weapon.
yeah blizzard really needs to fix this

Hopefully a dev will check this forum Monday morning and see this bug reported over and over
