Potion of Life lost

Hello,
I was doing Alkors Golden Bird quest in act 3 on nightmare difficulty. He rewarded me with a potion of life.
I already had one in my stash from my normal difficulty playthrough, and the game wouldnt allow me to pick it up.
I then was disconnected due to a server issue, with my Nightmare difficulty Potion of Life on the ground. When I was able to log back in, it was gone, and I cannot redo the quest.

TLDR, Could you please replace my nightmare difficulty Potion of Life?

The same thing happened to me. I hope there is a fix for this.

Start over, and why in the world would you save the potion and not use it right away?

It is always fascinating to see what the end user will do with software after a developer finishes testing it. This is a fine example of why it is impossible to predict every use case during testing lol.
