This way we can get 2 games at the best of their potential and get rid of the people who are trying to ruin D2:R by keeping it in an obsolete state reminiscing of the past, brandishing the fear flag of Diablo 3
That’ll be all, Thanks.

Blizzard, please… PLEASE for the love of all that is sacred and to give Sekscalibure something to do other than flood the forums all day, create a paid expansion for D2:R.
I’d probably buy it too. Money seems to jump out of my wallet when Diablo is nearby… Unless he’s Immortal…
Don’t need to be an expansion
Just improve the current game
They have been improving the game. Skill balancing? Quality of life/accessibility additions? Modernized graphics? Controller support? Squashing bugs? Modern Battle.net?
You bought a remaster of a two decade old game with the desire for new content that a new game would bring. New content is coming with Diablo 4.
New content can also come to D2:R through a paid expansion. Those who want new content can pay for it. Those who like the game as it is can stand pat.
That’s another game, I want to play Diablo 2
And it can come through a patch… like 1.10 did
And those who want polished content can get it in a patch… why pay more to get what should have come with the game in the first place
What do you expect, perpetual content additions for a pay one-time game? It doesn’t work that way. I don’t like working for free, I’m sure Blizzard doesn’t either.
The $40 we spent was for the job to remaster the game, with the largest bulk of the work being done before the game was ever announced. Adjusting for inflation compared to 2000/2001, $40 today for the game is a steal.
$100 in year 2000 dollars equals roughly $170 today.
$40 today is worth $23.25 in year 2000 dollars.
Greed is one of the biggest problems in modern society along with entitlement.
they don´t give a crap about a narcissistictrollibure advice
i dont think d2r dev team has anything to do with d4 dev team
Where have I mentioned the Devs?
Afaik Blizzard owns both
and every game has its own lead designer/dev/director
Gallerani for d2r
Shely for d4
you should talk to them about your concerns
if they could add a materials tab that would be great. i wouldnt need to use more than half my allowed character slots.
Based on what I’ve seen of D4 in recent leaks, we may not have dodged the bullet. Get your credit cards ready kids.
Stacking in general >>>> than ingredient tab
that is just an excuse to make it easier to make larger trades. i still think a materials tab is the best option. it would not change how the game has been played since 2000 (there should be an iron eagle reference here, lol) and allow people to collect stuff like we did back on d2 with multiple accounts.
Care to explain what currency tab offers that stacking doesn’t?
Now you have a Kick too, I really wish that I can vote to kick “kick” out of this forum
Compare to Kick, Sekscalibure is fine. I read most of his idea/post, at least he do serious thinking, time and effort.
Now he will also put “numbers are just for reference”.
D2R is perfect as it is now, please dont screw it up.
