"Please start the game while online to check for any login agreements"

Get message of “You have not been online in 30 days. Please start the game while online to check for any login agreements” that just repopulates repeatedly, despite being online. Program reboot, computer reboot, and updating to newest product version (which you have to do while online), do not resolve issue.

Of course this got no response.
Well I am having the same issue and cannot find a fix.
