Please Blizzard. If you are too cheap give us an option buy?
I’d buy. This is the reason I don’t play ladder anymore, and when my friends want to start a new game, I don’t recommend this one because I have no slots to start new anyway
Blizzard just sittin there losing the money I’d drop on char slots, and the money my friends would drop on a copy of the game.
plus the money from thousands of people who share my same issue.
If they were to offer a subscription of say $5-9 month that increased character limit, added new tabs & stash, and maybe some other minor pluses I would jump at it. I consider how much time I have spent in the game this month compared to $12 I paid Apple and have spent maybe 1/20 time. If that subscription meant we could actually get some new content it would be a dream.
If the option to spend just a little to increase limit, I would be for it.

Hope I help
Not a good solution for a steam deck user as it’s not convenient to switch accounts.
also hate the idea of having multiple accounts, and creating some burner email that I’ll inevitably forget the password to..
then there’s the issue of transferring items from one account to another.
And then having to change back and forth between accounts on the Nintendo switch too.
When I only have time to play for a half hour I don’t wanna spend 15 mins of it doing all this ^ I’ll just boot up a different game
buy another steam deck with D2R…
they should have simply given each account 50 characters max slots. Then added a account bank basically it would be a giant bank to bank all your gear and any toon can access it. The bank would basically be equal to 25 invertory slots.
Yes, and there is absolutely no technical reason why they don’t do that.
I like this idea, 50 character slots is not going to break the bank for them (quite certain they have space on their servers to support this). I like the addition of a central bank where items could be stored. Again, I just do not see at this time that adding 25 inventory slots is going to break Blizzard’s bank supporting this on the servers. I almost assume their servers probably are 1/50th the resources needed compared to current modern games. Just the nature of software, and this is a late 90s/2000 game.
