This is something I think we can all agree would make the game better without any powercreeping.
Allow all buffs to be castable in town.
Weird that I can enchant myself and activate energy shield but I can’t buff myself with thunderstorm??

That’s easy to explain, the townsfolk don’t want to get wet.

If we add 10 second cd to it I am on board.
Otherwise there is just total classical D2 players spamming their BO for 20 minutes straight in town.
But you can cast it outside of town, then walk in town with the thunderstorm still active 
That would kill the 2x BC before BO to get max BC duration though.
I don’t know, but i think this game got worse problems than this. Also, BO in town would be quite annoying, it doesn’t fit there to be honest. I’m glad they will never implement it.
