Platinum Trophy on PS5: Can I still get "Completed Champion" (Level 99 HC) after upgrading to Reign of the Warlock?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been working on the Platinum trophy for Diablo 2: Resurrected on PS5 for a long time. My main goal is the “Completed Champion” trophy (reaching Level 99 with a Hardcore character).

With the release of the Reign of the Warlock expansion, I want to bring my existing HC character into the new DLC content to take advantage of the new Terror Zones and the Colossal Ancients for the final XP grind.

My questions are:

  1. Does the PS5 still recognize the Level 99 achievement for the original Platinum list if I reach it within the DLC content?

  2. Are there any known issues with the trophy “popping” if I convert my character to the new expansion/DLC mechanics?
