You keep arguing that ladder would come out shortly after launch. I said who knows precisely when since we did not know what problems the game/server would have that needed to be fixed before ladder. Heck even today, they did maintenace to fix the database issues causing server instability.
The ironic thing is you, yourself, have even acknowledge that there was a chance to have ladder launch in March.
