Patch 2.6 Wishlist, Looking Forward From Here

I’ve asked this before and never got a response. Is this actually a buff? From what I have seen flat AR is often better than +% AR are you sure a % increase in AR is better in this case, and if so, why are you so sure?

Furthermore, there are too many synergies for Golems. I think the damage (Fire), defense (Iron), and Attack Rating (Clay) synergies should be moved to Golem Mastery. That to me seems like the higher priority for improving Golems.

Yes please. Also add a synergy from Hydra to Firebolt of +16% Fire Damage.

I think half the damage should be Fire, and half the damage should be Physical. Change the Meteor synergies to increase all damage, not just Fire. Or alternatively, change the Firebolt synergy to Physical and increase the percentage to 10%, and increase the Firebolt synergy increasing Fire damage to 10%. (This would result in the same total damage as currently).

Also give Firebolt a Knockback effect.

I don’t think it needs this. However, blocking with the equipped shield would be huge. If I had to choose between shield blocking and AI changes I think I’d prefer shield blocking. Getting +Sorceress Skills would help too, but they should not be able to equip Orbs.

No. These are better than Larzuk Quest reward since your recipe would give 2 sockets in a rare item and 3 to Magic items. The recipes should be similar to as follows:

  • Unique Ring + Lem + Perfect Skull + Unique Weapon = Unique Weapon (1 socket)
  • Set Ring + Lem + Perfect Skull + Set Weapon = Set Weapon (1 socket)
  • Rare/Crafted Ring + Hel + Flawless Skull + Rare/Crafted Weapon = Rare/Crafted Weapon (1 socket)
  • Magic Ring + Eth + Normal Skull + Magic Weapon = Magic Weapon (1-2 sockets)
  • Any Ring + Eth + Flawed Skull + Superior Weapon = Superior Weapon (2-4 sockets, limited by item level)
  • Unique Amulet + Lem + Perfect Skull + Unique Armor = Unique Armor (1 socket)
  • Set Amulet + Lem + Perfect Skull + Set Armor = Set Armor (1 socket)
  • Rare/Crafted Amulet + Hel + Flawless Skull + Rare/Crafted Armor = Rare/Crafted Armor (1 socket)
  • Magic Amulet + Eth + Normal Skull + Magic Armor = Magic Armor (1-2 sockets)
  • Any Amulet + Eth + Flawed Skull + Superior Armor = Superior Armor (2-4 sockets, limited by item level)

You need to remove the % there. +5 Mana Per Kill is what you mean.

Please, please do this. Make the AR on Superior weapons actually worthwhile.

I would also add that Terror Zones need continued work. In particular, add a boss monster, give melee more way to increase Chance to Hit, and increase monster density.
