Fist of Heaven’s Paladin was my main. But also happened on my Hydra Sorceress, though not as much. Of course, now I usually can’t even get to the selection screen.
Probably going to try complete reinstall and see if that helps at all.

have you checked your temps to see if it’s overheating?
FWIW i have to use an old driver too, i get some weird artifacting on new drivers.
I got the Cupid HWMonitor and from what I can tell the Graphics card is definitely not overheating. Although it does seem to leap to 100% usage just before crashing.
My processing core does seem to reach up close to overheating levels (58 degrees Celsius). So maybe that’s where the problem is?
58 celsius is not overheating. you can stay calm about this.
Even 80c is pretty normal for most cpus. 85 and above is alarming.
Modern intel processors normally hover around 100 Celsius under heavy workloads, even with excellent cooling solutions.
IMO that’s too hot, but some brain at intel doesn’t think so.
I don’t like my hardware exceeding 80 Celsius.
My business sells both Dell and Lenovo systems, which of course contain both AMD and Intel processors. We’ve recently started avoiding the Intel desktop systems because we’ve had a number of them randomly fail, where as none of the AMD ones have failed yet. I’m betting that the excessive processor temperatures are weakening the solder joints on the board due to both extreme temperatures and repeated thermal flexing of the mainboard.
Went fishing, the fish won. Was baiting my daughter’s hook and some monster grabbed my hook and took off with my entire pole. I guess a big catfish. Bottom of the lake is so muddy, spent a good hour wading around trying to recover it with no luck. Good laugh for the kids at least.
